HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1672 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie case and investigation is pending, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall continue to its logical end. However, considering the fact that in respect of the subject property, civil suit is pending between the parties, the Police of Shabad P.S, Ranga Reddy District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
