HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 711 of 2017 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed challenging non-implementation of the order dated 27.12.2016 passed in WP No.31798 of 2012, wherein this court set aside the impugned notice dated 03.10.2012 on the ground that the representation dated 23.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner herein was not considered and sought for a direction to the respondent herein to pass a reasoned order. 2.

The petitioner in the present contempt case is the 3rd respondent in the above writ petition. Now the contempt case is filed stating the writ petitioner made unauthorized constructions and the Respondent authorities have passed orders stating that the construction made by him was illegal and contrary to the Act.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required in the present contempt case. however, in case the respondent does not take any action on the unauthorized constructions, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand dismissed. __________ ARLR, J Dt.03.11.2017 Mjl
