ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for TSRTC and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

By order dated 30.7.2018 the Depot Manager, Nalgonda district passed order of removal from service on the allegation of unauthorized absence. Against the punishment of removal imposed by the disciplinary authority, remedy of appeal is provided before the Divisional Manager and without availing the remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed.

When the same was put to the learned counsel during the course of argument, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to prefer appeal against the order of removal. Granting such leave, writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to raise all pleas as raised in this writ petition before the Appellate Authority. No costs.
