THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.16769 OF 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition pertains to 2013 and that the writ petition was adjourned on 14.06.2013 for a period of one week. Subsequently, on 07.11.2016, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, i.e., 08.11.2016, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the matter further.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
