ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.33229 of 2014, dated 06.11.2014.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount was not properly calculated and still certain amount is due to the petitioner.

If that is so, the petitioner can make a representation to the respondent-Corporation, which in turn, is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon. In spite of the same, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can work out his remedies in a separate proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
