ORDER
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not providing drinking water tap connection to their houses. Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 7, submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been attended to by the 7th respondent, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
