O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 on bail in Crime No. 113/2016-17 of Araku Prohibition and Excise Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences under section 20 [b] [ii] [c] read with section 8 [c] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Sri K. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to file fresh bail petition.
3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
