The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To direct the 3rd respondent to consider the appeal dated 23.10.2017, under Section 5(5) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, which is against the proceedings No. B/ 1065/ 2011 dated 24.05.2017 (copy received by the petitioner on 25.07.2017) of 4th respondent, aggrieved by mutating the names of 5th and 6th unofficial respondents in revenue records, though it is illegal and highhanded, by declaring their arbitrary action as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India."

The grievance of the petitioner that though he has filed an appeal to the 3rd respondent on 23.10.2017 against the order passed by the 4th respondent on 24.05.2017, the said appeal is not disposed of till date.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if three months time is granted, the authorities will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the appellate authority to
dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.10.2017, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
