Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.S in non-receiving the complaint dated 21.11.2022 of the petitioner and non-initiating to take action against Respondents 6 and 7, who attacked on the petitioner and beat him and tried to kill him by deadly weapons and created panic situation by keeping political grudge against the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 1 5 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct Respondents 2 to 5 in non-receiving the complaint dated 21 .11.

1, HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.459O3 OF 2022 ORDER: (ORAL) Heard Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material on record.

2. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent No.S - the Station House Officer, Laxman Chanda Police Station, Nirmal District in not registering the complaint dated 21.LL.2022 against respondent Nos'6 aad7.

Based on the written instructions dated 20.12.2022 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Laxman Chanda Police Station, Nirmal District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that complaint of the petitioner was received by respondent No.S through registered post on 24.11.2022 and an entry was made in the General Diary. However, the petitioner, so far, did not approach the police Station. The complaint is under

enquiry and after finalizing the same, necessary action will be taken.

4. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach respondent No.S with relevant documents/evidence for the purpose of enquiry. No costs.
