Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar' iearned counsel for petitioner, and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No. I - State ' None appeared lor respondent No.2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that IA.Nos.3 and 4 of 20'24 are filed praying to compound the offences as allegecl anci compromise the matter. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, intervened and submitted that the offences as alleged against the petitioner are non compoundable. As such' leal nect counsel for petitioner confined his prayer to the extcnL of issuing direction to

\ the trial Court to expedite the proceedings in pending SC.

Having regard to the submissions made, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of SC.No.825 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingiy, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this. Criminal Petition shail also stand closed.
