THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION (TR) NO.2342 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents have submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.40717 of 2017, 8677 of 2018 and 1773 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.40717 of 2017, 8677 of 2018 and 1773 of 2019, dated 08.03.2019, and the respondents are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner in terms of the guidelines framed by the Supreme Court in Avtar Singh v. Union of India and others1 and pass appropriate orders. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
