HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.C.M.P No.198 of 2014 ORDER:

On 07.04.2014 this court directed petitioner to take out personal notice to respondent by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry within three weeks and also granted interim stay as prayed for. But till now no proof of service is filed. Today, when this matter has come up for hearing, neither advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. Considering the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.04.2014. Consequently, interim stay granted on 07.04.2014 shall stand vacated. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
