Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for A.P.Civil Supplies Corporation representing the fourth respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
