HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 16598 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in issuing the notice of superannuation on 06.04.2016.

2. This Court, by an order dated 29.06.2016, while allowing the petitioner to continue in service up to 31.07.2016, directed the Society to take a decision before that date. Pursuant to the same, the Guntur District Co-operative Central Bank Limited took a decision by retaining the age of superannuation by 58 years.

3. In view of the same and in view of the retirement of the petitioner on 31.07.2016, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
