HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12336 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant bail in Crime No.96 of 2015 on the file of Kuppam Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w.34 and 120(b) IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that she had illicit intimacy with A1 and when the same was questioned by the deceased, who is her father-in-law, she instigated A1 and A2 to kill the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the deceased used to harass the petitioner sexually, knowing that the petitioner had illicit intimacy with A1, due to which A1 committed the offence and petitioner is no way concerned with the offence alleged against her.

The allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to her at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 01, 2015.
