THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.20972 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.06.2017 passed in O.A.No.474 of 2017 by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, whereby the interim relief sought for is not granted.

2. We note, the learned tribunal has passed the order on the said date, as under:

"Heard Mr P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. Admit. Mrs. K. Rajitha, learned Senior Central Government Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. Four weeks time granted for filing reply.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on grant of interim relief and the same is not granted.

4. List the matter on 08.08.2017 before Registrar Court for completion of pleadings."

3. We are of the considered opinion that the said order is not a reasoned order and the same is accordingly set aside with a direction to the learned Tribunal to pass a reasoned order after considering the submissions of both sides.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
