THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12577 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.159 of 2016 on the file of Banaganapalli Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(b), 386, 500, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

During hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, without insisting for the disposal of the main petition, requested this Court to pass order of not to arrest, making the interim order absolute till filing of the charge sheet, without touching the merits of the case. 3.

The learned counsel for the second respondent acceded to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, reported no objection to pass such order.

In view of the consent of both the parties, the interim order granted by this Court on 31.08.2016 in the main Criminal Petition is made absolute, ordering stay of arrest of the petitioners/accused 1 and 2, till filing of the charge sheet.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
