CVNR, J CC 1169/2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.01.02.2016 in W.P. No.31931 of 2015.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Mr. G. Seshadri, learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, pension has been sanctioned to all the fourteen eligible persons, who are petitioner Nos.1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20, 28, 34, 39, 40 and 42, and that they have been receiving the same from 01.08.2016. As the counsel for the petitioners is not present to controvert this submission, I have no reason to doubt the correctness of the statement.
