When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana) has produced before this Court a copy of the final confiscation proceedings dated 04.01.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent - Deputy Commissioner in exercise of the powers under Section 34(a) of the A.P. Excise Act, 1968. 2.

In view of the same, Sri Ch. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to take appropriate steps against the said confiscation proceedings dated 04.01.2017. 3.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
