HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.2454 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice has informed this Court that vide Rc.No.170/2018/JA-A, dated 27.09.2018, directions of this Court dated 12.06.2018 & 11.07.2018 passed in W.P.No.13778 of 2018 have been complied with.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the directions are not properly complied with.

2. In view of the proceedings dated 27.09.2018, we hereby discharge the respondents/contemnors from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
