This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 17-08-2012 passed in I.A.No.810 of 2012 in O.S.No.171 of 2010 by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, declining to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the schedule property.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.171 of 2010 was decreed by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam on 03-01-2013. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
