THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE NO.2006 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for non-implementation of the order passed by this Court, dated 02-08-2016 in W.P.No.23291 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court, dated 02-08-2016 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this case.
