THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14020 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in lodging the complaint in FIR No.99 of 2017 on 06.04.2017 on the basis of the complaint filed by the fourth respondent.

The fourth respondent filed a complaint against the petitioner stating that the petitioner secured employment by submitting fake documents and exhibiting false identity. It is also stated that he continued in the Hyderabad Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board through fraudulent means. A reading of the complaint by the General Manager shows a prima facie case, as the complaint was lodged after preliminary enquiry by the Police and a departmental enquiry. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the registration of the crime, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
