O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that though C.C.No.326 of 2015 on the file of Principal Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mancherial, ended in acquittal by judgment dated 03.09.2015 and that no crime is registered against them, respondents 4 to 6 - police authorities, are calling them to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondents and interfering with family dispute.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Station House Officer, Mancherial Town Police Station, Mancherial District, dated 17.09.2018. 7th respondent is the wife of the 1st petitioner and 10th respondent is the brother of 7th respondent. In the written instructions, it is stated that 10th respondent lodged a report on 12.09.2018 against the petitioners alleging they are harassing his sister and based on the said complaint, G.D. entry was made on the said date and as the complaint pertains to matrimonial dispute, police tried to enquire with the 1st petitioner with regard to genuineness of allegations made in the complaint and that the 1st respondent instead of co-operating with the enquiry, filed the present writ petition with false allegations. The allegations of the petitioners' that they are being called to the police station and that the police are interfering with their family dispute, is denied.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is needless to observe that police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
