This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., seeking to withdraw O.P.No.53 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Rajahmundry and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to file fresh petition before appropriate forum. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer C.M.P., is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
