HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4134 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall continue to its logical end. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that 1st petitioner is a Railway Constable i.e. Public Servant and 2nd petitioner is a lady, the police of Malkajigiri PS are directed not to arrest the petitioners in Cr.No.199 of 2015 during the course of investigation. Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
