THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.3545 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused No.2 in C.C.No.249 of 201 1 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubabad, Warangal District.

Heard Ms. Krishnaveni, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2 State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous granting liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

l,earned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to the same.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The
