THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.24145 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 6 authorities in not taking action against respondents to regarding illegal constructions making over the premises bearing Municipal Door No.5-3-965 situated at Fasi Jung Lane, Mouzam Jahi Market, Hyderabad having received the complaint dated 20.5.2017 as being illegal, arbitrary, capricious, malafide, amounts to dereliction of duties, not only contrary to the various provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act but also contrary to G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 4.11.2006, and violative of various judgments rendered by this Honourable Court." 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent Nos.1 to 6 to consider the complaint, dated 20.05.2017, of the petitioner and take appropriate action against respondent Nos.7 to 10 in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent Nos.1 to 6 are hereby directed to consider the complaint, dated 20.05.2017, of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law regarding the illegal

construction alleged to have been made by respondent Nos.7 to 10 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
