THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29701 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent for interfering in civil/land disputes of the petitioner with the respondents 3 to 5.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home had placed on record the written instructions stating that basing on the contents of the complaint lodged a case in Crime No.569 of 2017 under Sections 447 IPC was registered by the Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and taken up the investigation into the case. It is also stated that notice under Section 91 C.R.P.C was issued to the complainant/4th respondent herein requesting him to submit the relevant documentary evidence in support of his version. In the light of the above, this Court cannot come to a conclusion that mere seeking information from the petitioner in connection with the crime registered can be called as a harassment or interference.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to assert his rights in appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
