This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.138 of 2014 on the file of Zaheerabad Police Station, Zaheerabad Mandal, Medak District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 406 and 506 IPC. Heard both sides.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the police after investigation filed Final Report referring the case as false. In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive for consideration and therefore, it is liable to be dismissed.

In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
