HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1339 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Perused the charge sheet and heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in charge sheet, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, if the petitioner is advised, he can file a discharge application before the trial court, in which case, the trial court shall pass suitable orders on merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
