Questioning the inaction of learned Junior Civil Judge, Kollapur (for short, 'the Court below'), in disposal of I.A.No. 280 of 2017 in O.S.No. 113 of 2017, the present revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the above I.A. within a timeframe.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No. 280 of 2017 in O.S.No. 113 of 2017 pending on its file in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
