THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18725 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking the following relief: " ... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents herein banning and interfering with the business of the Petitioner in serving of flavoured Hookahs without reference to rule, law or regulations as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the COTP Act 2003 ....." When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions viz., W.P.Nos.3202 of 2014 and batch, vide common order dated 27.01.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.
Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common order dated 27.01.2017 passed in W.P.Nos.3202 of 2014 and batch.
