THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1828 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.04.2009, wherein the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was rejected.

2. This Court, by order dated 03.02.2010, directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, pursuant to which, an order was passed on 28.07.2010 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.29825 of 2011. In view of the same, the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
