Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He would submit that there are no instructions from the petitioner. Case Status Report placed by the Registry would, in fact, show that the very suit itself i.e., the suit in O.S. No.171 of 2009 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District, was dismissed on 30.11.2015 i.e., subsequent to filing of the present Civil Revision Petition.
