THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 16142 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this case is as to the alleged inaction on the part of the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in disposing of their application dated 15.03.2015 for mutation of their names and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in sub divisions of Survey No.288 of Mucherla Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Basing on the written instructions dated 08.06.2015 received from the

Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue stated that the total extent of Survey No.288 is Ac.1971.38 guntas of which Ac.381.32 guntas is recorded as patta land and the remaining extent is stated to be classified as poramboke sarkari (Government land). Out of this Government land, an extent of Ac. 291.22 guntas was stated to have been assigned to landless poor persons. The learned Assistant Government Pleader further stated that there was no specification of sub divisions either of the patta or the Government assigned lands and no sub division was incorporated in the village map, and therefore, the exercise of scrutinizing the documents so as to process the petitioners' application would require some more time.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, to process and pass reasoned orders on the application dated 15.03.2015 filed by the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No costs.
