Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the execution proceedings in E.A.No.18 of 2015 in CC.No.349 of 2013 dated 15.04.2015 on the file of the Hon'ble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Consumer Protection Act and consequently to set aside the same".

At the hearing, Mr.K.S.Suneel, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that this writ petition was filed when the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was not functioning and that on re-constitution of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, his clients have filed F.A.No.74 of 2015 and that the same is pending. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, however with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the pending appeal and also seek appropriate interim relief pending such appeal.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2015 (W.V.M.P.No.2664 of 2015) shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
