Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the papers filed along with the Criminal Petition to the petitioner.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
