2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering his request for carrying out mutation in his name in the revenue records. Petitioner claims to be entitled to the lands, in question, on the basis of the records of the year 1900 and the property by virtue of a Will. Petitioner has made applications before the District Collector and to the Joint Collector on 04.05.2015 and before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 16.06.2015.

3. Apparently, petitioner has not made any application before the recording authority and hence, no directions as sought for can be given.

However, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application before the recording authority under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and if such an application is received, the respondent-Tahsildar shall examine the same and take appropriate decision expeditiously. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
