This petition is filed for condoning the delay in filing the application in Form No.66 in the matter of liquidation of M/s. Sri DSM Chit Funds Private Limited.

Mr. M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, reports no objection for condoning the delay.

The Company Application is ordered. The applicant is given four weeks time from today to file Form No.66 before the Official Liquidator. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this application shall stand closed.
