Assailing the action of first respondent in not registering FIR pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.01.2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4 submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.01.2017, a case in Crime No. 61 of 2017 was registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Penamaluru, Vijayawada City against respondents 5 and 6 for the offences punishable under Sections 506 and 290 read with Section 34 IPC.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.
