THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2907 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 20.06.2013, of the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, passed in Transfer O.P.No.101 of 2013.

The letter filed by the learned Principal District Judge to the Registry of this Court reflects that the suit viz., O.S.No.524 of 2007 itself was disposed of on 30.04.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
