HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19770 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he purchased land to an extent of Ac.4.10 cents in Sy.No.202/5, Yedurallapadu Village, Konakanamitla Mandal, Prakasam District and presented the documents for registration on 28.09.2015 before the 4th respondent by paying necessary stamps and registration fee. But, the 4th respondent after receiving the documents refused to register the same by order dated 28.09.2015, on the ground that the particulars of the petitioner's vendors have not been uploaded in the web land records and they have not filed pattadar pass books and title deeds along with documents. Thereafter, the vendors of the petitioner approached the Revenue officials and obtained pattadar pass book and title deeds for the subject land and uploaded the details successfully in the web land records.

But, as the 4th respondent is not receiving and processing the document for registration, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vendors of the petitioner now fulfilled all the requirements and rectified the defects shown in the refusal order and obtained pattadar pass books and titled deeds and also updated the web land records. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of and the 4th respondent, if satisfied with the compliance of the vendors of the petitioner, shall receive and register the documents, if the documents are otherwise in order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
