O R D E R

Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 11.04.2012.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to state, in the event any orders were passed pursuant to the interim order dated 11.04.2012, the same would give rise to a fresh cause of action and it would be open to the petitioner to seek redressal of its grievance, if any, by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
