These contempt cases are filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the common order of this Court passed on 08-03-2016 in W.P.Nos.382 and 384 of 2012.

Learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries produced a common order copy passed in WAMP Nos.2002 and 2004 of 2017 in W.A.Nos.1035 and 1037 of 2017, whereunder a Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay of common order, dated 08-03-2016 passed in W.P.Nos.382 and 384 of 2012.

With regard to the same, these Contempt Cases are closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, if any, after the Writ Appeals are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed.
