THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.8351 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) In our view, the writ petition is frivolous, as the petitioner has no locus to challenge the notice issued by the Municipal Corporation to his mother, which he wishes to rely on.
Hence, we dismiss the writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
