Heard Sri J.C.Francis, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Co-operation (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Karimnagar Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, Karimnagar, and Sri C.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition obviously is the inaction on the part of respondent No.5 in taking action on the representation, dated 23.01.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein against respondent No.6.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite lapse of considerable length of time from the date of submission of the said representation, no action has been taken by respondent No.5 in the direction of redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader, learned Standing Counsel and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.5 to verify the representation, dated 23.01.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner herein and to take further

action strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
