THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.15496 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) During the course of hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has brought to the notice of this Court that questioning the impugned notice dated 13.03.2015 issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing an application, which is numbered as SAIR.No.362 of 2015, and the same is posted to 24.06.2015 for filing counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, inasmuch as the petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
