This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief/s: 'to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent NO.3 in passing appropriate orders on the representations made by petitioner society is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 & 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no.3 to grant lease rights to Petitioner's society in Pedda Cheruvu and pass such other order...' [Reproduced verbatim] I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent. I have perused the material record including the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that if the representation dated 27.07.2010 of the petitioner society submitted to the 3rd respondent-District Panchayat Officer, Mahabubnagar District is disposed of in accordance with the procedure established by law, that would meet the ends of justice and that, therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of by giving a direction to the said Officer to dispose of the representation of the petitioner society. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent endorsed the said submission.

Having regard to the submissions, this Court is satisfied that the ends of justice would be met if such a direction is given. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondentDistrict Panchayat Officer, Mahabubnagar, Mahabubnagar District to dispose of the representation dated 27.07.2010 submitted to him by the petitioner society in

accordance with the procedure established by law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
