This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 21.12.2015, in W.P.No.847 of 2008.

It is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that W.A.No.1697 of 2017 arising out of order, dated 21.12.2015, in W.P.No.847 of 2008, was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 13.11.2017.

In view of judgment, dated 13.11.2017, in W.A.No.1697 of 2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
